Part Time Activities Champion - £14.85 per hour. £15.55 from the 1st of April.

Shaw healthcare is looking for an Activities Champion to join the team in Wellesley Road in Camden. You will be part of a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same standard of care we would expect for our own family members. You will be using the latest care technology that allows you to spend more time with the service users.

Responsibilities :

• Formulate an activity profile for each individual service user through liaison with care staff.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
• Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
• Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings.
• Research all prospective outings concerning access and toileting facilities.
• Liaise with senior care assistants regarding medical or nursing care information for service users.

Salary : £14.85 per hour. £15.55 from the 1st of April.

Working Hours : Part time - 12 hours a week. Shift times to be discussed.
