Full-time, Permanent or Fixed-term Contract availableAbout the Role : As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems within social housing properties. Your duties will include : Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)Completing remedial and reactive electrical workUndertaking planned electrical upgrades and rewiresResponding to call-outs and emergenciesWorking on a variety of domestic properties and communal areasUtilizing a company-provided PDA and laptop for job instructions and reportingWhat We Offer : Competitive Salary :

Join a company that values its employees and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.Qualifications and Experience : Full UK Driving Licence (essential)City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 (or equivalent)City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent)City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsOwn hand tools, power tools, and a calibrated multimeter (preferred)Proven experience in carrying out EICRsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working within social housing (desirable)Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am

4 : 30 pm (37.5 hours per week)Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet client needs and targetsParticipation in an out-of-hours rota (1 week in 4 for North London & Herefordshire)Oncert Ltd is an Equal Opportunities employer.
