I'm working a well established, successful and ambitious company recruiting an experienced HR professional for a permanent post, up to £53k pa + benefits. Manufacturing sector so experience in B2B and blue collar environments preferred. Not for you, please share with your HR network - referrals always appreciated

Delighted to be supporting this impressive company based in Gloucester and keen to recruit an experienced HR generalist with strong communication skills to contribute to their continued success. This HR generalist opportunity will suit someone with strong strategic HR skills as well as being adept at day to day HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of HR areas - effectively onboarding new candidates through a substantial amount of HR strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with management to create a productive environment where all employees can thrive!

Responsibilities include

Research and analyse employee trends, recommend and implement effective ways to increase employee engagement, retention and development.
Strong HR experience to enable risk reduction.
Set standards and strategy for business growth through the people plan, collaboration, ethics, values and culture of the company.

We looking for :

Solid experience at HR Business Partner / HR Manager level

Strong organisation and communication skills, ambitious approach and collaborative style

Demonstrated commercial approach and success in supporting business growth ideally in blue collar environment

Experience in HR strategy and day to day HR process

CIPD preferred but not essential
