Job descriptionEnsure that the home is operating to a high standard and acceptable to the requirements of the proprietors, the Local Authority, Social Services and the Fire Prevention Officer.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to assist the Manager in the daily running of the home, in an efficient and caring manner, ensuring the home is operating to the highest standard. You will be responsible for staff supervision, while working in a direct care capacity.
