Catastrophic Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – remote working

Salary : Up to £65,000 (Depending on experience)

The role

The team advises insurers and corporates on high-value, complex work and has developed a reputation for handling landmark injury cases. You’ll :

• Manage multi-track catastrophic injury claims (£500K–£1M+), including RTA and EL / PL
• Draft strategic advice, attend JSMs, mediations and conferences
• Analyse complex medical / legal evidence and guide cases to successful resolution
• Collaborate with Partner-level support on brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury cases

We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds. Ideally the Partners are looking for qualified candidates with 1 PQE or more of Catastrophic injury experience.
