JOB PURPOSE
Are you inspired by digital technology? Our Future Fit Manufacturing program needs a delivery orientated change agent with solid operational experience to drive our digital factory agenda, to make Vision Future Engineering a day-to-day reality. You will be to lead and co-ordinate digital, automation and process optimization activities that are needed to drive the programme across Unilever’s global supply chain. The focus will be on enabling our manufacturing sites to deploy appropriate, standardised technologies and ensure consistency in deployment and associated benefit delivery.
This role requires acquiring and connecting multiple data sources in a standardised format, using analytics to identify areas of opportunity, democratising data and putting it in the hands of the experts enabling empowerment and capability building at all data-touching levels.

Working closely and collaboratively with internal and external teams to coordinate and implement Digital Manufacturing Roadmap activities. Responsible for effectively coordinating and managing all Masterplans through to digital programs as a partner to the Port Sunlight SU teams. You will need to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will lead the manufacturing piece in optimising E2E value chains though technical solution deployment enabling market leading agility and flexibility to enable Unilever to be #1 for Customer Service.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
