One of our clients in Milton Keynes is looking for a senior professional, this could be extended or become perm. Lovely company to work for, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- Call management.
- Scheduling engineers.
- Liaising with third parties.
- Managing escalations
- Managing queries and complaints.
- Processing orders.
- Liaising with clients.
