Fully Remote Conveyancer Role - National Conveyancing Team - Up to £15,000 Bonus

I am recruiting on behalf of a national conveyancing team looking for a fully remote conveyancer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of approximately 100 files, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership transactions.

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with an exceptional bonus scheme of up to £15,000 annually. Most fee earners typically earn around £10,000+ in bonuses.

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a significant caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties. Over time, your caseload may be expanded depending on performance and the manager's assessment.

Essential Skills & Experience :

• Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
