We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Team Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in our prestigious Harrods and Bond Street boutiques . As a Team Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering an inclusive team culture, and delivering an unparalleled luxury experience . Your leadership will inspire both clients and team members, ensuring the boutique operates with excellence while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and motivate the team to achieve store sales goals, ensuring a high standard of client engagement and operational excellence.

Foster a client-first mindset , coaching the team on effective clienteling strategies to build and maintain strong relationships.

Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach by identifying new business opportunities, networking within the luxury market, and enhancing the boutiques visibility.

Provide on-the-floor coaching , offering real-time feedback and supporting the professional growth of your team.

Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market , staying informed on trends, competitors, and best practices.

Oversee store operations , including opening and closing procedures, workforce planning, and adherence to company policies.

Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative team environment , fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What You Will Bring : Proven experience in luxury retail leadership , preferably within fine jewellery or high-end luxury.

A strong track record in sales performance, clienteling, and team development .

Deep appreciation for heritage craftsmanship, high jewellery, and bespoke client service .

Ability to coach, inspire, and lead a team , creating a culture of joy, motivation, and high performance.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic and commercial mindset to drive business success.

A polished and professional presence, reflective of the luxury environment.

Experience working with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) , providing a tailored and discreet service.

Proficiency in POS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office .

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer : Salary : Up to £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)
