• Initial Assessments : Screen and assess the needs of children and families referred to the service.
• Child Protection : Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for children at risk.
• Duty Work : Respond to urgent cases and manage crisis situations as the first point of contact.
• Manage a caseload, develop care plans, and review cases regularly.
• Multi-Agency Collaboration : Work with health, education, and other professionals to support families.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as needed.Must be on Social Work England
