Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on experience

Our client who Design and Manufacture complex Electronic and Communication equipment for the Military are currently recruiting for a Senior Electronics Engineer to take the Lead on Hardware or Design Authority projects.

Your duties - Senior Electronics Engineer

Design, Development and Review of digital / analogue circuits and firmware sub-systems

Mentoring an Electronics Design Team

Design Authority / Independent reviewer

Decision making on Engineering design solutions

Resolve any project, technical or resource problems

Support R&D by improving quality, cost and efficiency

Project reviews / updates

Support with the preparation of technical bids and proposals

Skills / Experience required - Senior Electronics Engineer

A relevant Engineering Degree

All round Electronics Design experience

Able to manage, develop and motivate an Engineering Team

Proficient in evaluating, mitigating and managing risk
