Key Responsibilities :

Overseeing sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, right to buy, and deeds of variation.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties.

Ensuring a meticulous and detailed approach to all tasks.

Requirements :

3 years PQE

Knowledge in Residential property

Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Excellent client relationship-building skills.
