We are recruiting for a fabric handyperson based in Leeds working on a static basis covering all general low level fabric maintenance. The role will be assisting all engineers on site. You will be working on a commercial facility, start ASAP until end of July, Pay rate is £15.00ph PAYE or (or Umbrella option @ £18.99ph) / 40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Description :

The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to commercial and retail facilities, this will include :

lighting and emergency lighting checks

lamping

project small works installation

handyperson duties and fabric maintenance

building services upkeep

assisting and working with qualified engineers

possible mechanical overlap such as AC filter changes etc.

Requirements :

Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills

Maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks pro-active attitude

Driving license and own vehicle essential due to on-call nature
