Key Responsibilities :
- Support regional and local users with supervision, training, and documentation.
- Log all incidents and requests within the managed ServiceNow platform.
- Support and troubleshoot clients, mobile phones, tablets, and peripheral devices (Windows OS, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Support Microsoft Teams Telephony System.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues pertaining to cabling and local area network.
- Introduction, operation, and maintenance of locally needed IT systems.
- Local user management (new user requests, access control and permission, user retirement).
- Monitor and service standard ALPLA solutions provided by Corporate IT based on guidelines.
- Maintain clients and install updates regularly.
- Support and participate in projects.
This role will be based at our Golborne site, but will require ad hoc travel to other UK sites.
Minimum Requirements :
Preferably up to 12 months experience within a 1st line support role within a medium to large organisation.Multi-site experience would be a distinct advantage (confident with remote access support).Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive and problem-solving approach to tasks.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, personable and approachable.Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8-5) - Golborne Location (WA3 3JD).
