Role : EUC Engineer

Location : Reigate, UK

Responsibilities :

• Provide support, maintenance, and engineering enhancements to end-user focused hardware, technologies and platforms. This could include, but not limited to, OS image creation, application packaging, policy management, and mobile device management.
• Act upon instruction from the internal ticketing system, such as delivering project tasks, implementing requests for change in system access, and aiding in diagnosis / problem solving from escalated incidents.
• Proven track record of 2nd line technical support experience in a service desk environment.
• Excellent experience in supporting a wide variety of end-user hardware in the Microsoft and Apple eco-systems (Remote Desktop, Apple Business Manager, VMware Workspace ONE MDM, VDI support - ideally AWS Workspaces, AD and Group Policy administration, Okta Workforce SAML authentication experience)
