PPA TA4

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a PPA Teacher / TA4 on behalf of an excellent primary school in the OL10 area to accomodate for larger class sizes in the Spring term. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic teacher, who has experience working with children between EYFS and KS2. You will need to be confident supporting children across school and have a good understanding of the National Curriculum. This is a temporary, full-time position (Monday-Friday 8.30-3.30), with the potential to become a permanent role.

You will need to :

• Teach and cover a range of classes across school (KS1 and KS2, possibly EYFS).
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, using the National Curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistants across school.
• Build relationships with all children and staff.
• Ensure that children continue to receive high-quality education in the teacher’s absence.
• Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
• Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
