Location : South East England, Berkshire, Slough

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Primary Industry : Education and Training

Salary : £33,075 - £45,037 Per annum

Qualifications : Qualified Teacher Status

Skills : Proactive, Behaviour Management, Communication Skills

Job Duties :

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to nursery-aged children
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a cohesive educational experience

Required Qualifications :

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Education :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience :

  • Proven experience working with nursery-aged children
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour
  • Proactive approach to teaching and learning
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Additional certifications in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in working with diverse student populations
  • Working Conditions :

  • Full-time position with regular working hours
  • Work primarily in a nursery school environment
  • Potential for occasional evening or weekend events

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
