Job role – Workshop Controller

Location – Worthing

Salary – Dependant on experience

I am recruiting for a very fast-growing automotive dealership in the Worthing area who are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their hugely successful dealership.

The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Workshop Controller and proven customer service experience skills.

Workshop Controller position :

You will have a busy and thriving workshop to manage on a daily basis. This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop daily management, from issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety.

To apply for our Workshop Controller role you will need to be able to demonstrate some of the skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including :

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealership.
• To be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.
• Full driving licence. Any endorsements must be notified
• IT literate.
• Good numerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of KPI’s.
