Sub Agent

Involve Recruitment are in search of Sub Agent for our client a civil engineering main contractor. As a Civils Sub Agent, you’ll assist in managing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will oversee the site team, maintain health and safety compliance, and ensure quality control across the project.MUST BE CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH WALES!Responsibilities :

• Support Site Agent in managing day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Assist with project reporting and documentation.
• Monitor quality and progress, resolving issues promptly.Requirements :
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within civil engineering.
• Relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications desirable.
• Full UK driving license.Benefits :
