Job description

What We Seek :

  • At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and investigate thoroughly.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce precise reports.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote systems.
  • A valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.

Salary and Bonuses :

  • Base Salary : £38,500 - £41,500
  • Retention Bonus : 5%
  • Additional Bonus : Up to 10% for quality and retention
  • Estimated Total Earnings (OTE) : £45,650

    • Working Hours :

  • Full-time role : 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
  • Flexible working hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, accommodating both personal preferences and business needs.
  • Available shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
  • Example shifts include : 8am – 4 : 30pm or 9am – 5 : 30pm.
  • We will provide at least 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your schedule.
