We provide integrated and ground-breaking solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors, with specialisms in rail, highways, airports, marine, defence, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure.

We are looking for a ICT Service Desk Technician to join our support team in Hoddesdon. This role requires a dynamic and proactive person who is able to work well with the ICT team to support 2000+ users over 100+ sites locations. They must be technically able to support Microsoft Office products including 365, Microsoft Windows 10 and Android devices. They should also be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues. On a personal level they should be polite, customer focused and display a 'can do' attitude at all times with a passion for providing first class ICT support to customers.

About you

  • Working on a ServiceDesk and use of ServiceDesk call logging tools
  • Working in a customer facing environment.
  • Active directory experience with creating and maintaining users.
  • Commercial network experience. Knowledge of the MS Office suite up to and including Office 365
  • Knowledge of MS Windows operating system up to Windows 10
