Job Title : Handyman / Fabric EngineerStart Date : ASAPEnd date : 1 month but potential to extend Pay Rate : £14.42 PAYE or £17.50 Umbrella Duties : Provide the highest standard of client focus through the Hard Service and FM operations serviceCarry out all reactive requests to cover all facilities service areas required by the Client & ensure a smooth running operation.Ensure that service delivery of all planned and reactive Fabric Technician tasks meets the requirements of the service level agreements (SLA's) as detailed in the main contract document.Carry out Fabric Technician duties across a defined portfolio such as but not limited to : Lamp repair and changingMaintenance / repair to joineryMaintenance / minor repair to building fabricAd hoc painting / touching up to propertiesMinor mechanical / electrical repairsMinor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockagesEmergency lighting testing where appropriateFire alarm testing (where appropriate with technical guidance)Repairs and modifications to tiling,Minor repairs / changing out carpet tiles / flooring damage as appropriateRepairs and modification to door locks and door jam repair, hanging doors, adjusting and installing door closers,Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the buildingPlease call on (phone number removed) or Apply Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
