JOB- Sales Executive

LOCATION- Stevenage (Hybrid role, reporting to Stevenage, covering the South of the UK)

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- Competitive, dependent on experience

Premier Engineering is seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic company based in Stevenage . This hybrid role involves managing and developing sales opportunities across the South of the UK , working with new and existing clients to drive business growth.

The Sales Executive will ideally have the following attributes :

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle , from lead generation to closing deals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as required
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid UK driving licence

The Sales Executive role will involve :

  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline across the South of the UK
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Providing technical sales support and product recommendations
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives
  • Attending client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
