Job descriptionDeliveries to be signed for on each delivery so keen eye for detail on checking of order to be delivered. Good communication skills a must as dealing with customers daily. Must be aged 25 or over due to our insurers requirements. Full manual driving licence to have no more than 3 points on it Previous delivery driving experience essential
We are looking for a Van Driver to join our team at our Hailsham Branch. This position is a zero hour contract, so perfect if you need work with flexibility as you will be helping us with holiday cover.
The driver will be responsible for :
- Deliveries to local companies and other Jayar branches
- Handling of cash from customers
- Handling of goods, lifting involved though not excessive
- Daily / Weekly Maintenance checks of vehicle
- Assisting to pick orders and load van.
