With a commitment to excellence and a dynamic team environment, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and reward for a Controls Engineer seeking to develop their career.Controls Engineer £40,000 - £46,000 + £4K car allowance + Overtime + Bonus Nottinghamshire - Flexible / Hybrid / RemoteRef : 24151Controls Engineer - The Role : Design and implement control systems including Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Scheinder PLCs.Develop and manage HMI SCADA systems for optimal operational efficiency.Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and I / O Schedules in line with project requirements.Interpret P&ID's to ensure accurate system configuration and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.Controls Engineer - The Person : Proven experience in PLC / Controls Engineering.Proficiency with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Scheinder PLCs.Strong skills in HMI SCADA systems.Ability to read and interpret P&ID's.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Located in Nottinghamshire, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and can be highly hybrid with the majority of time either work from home or up to 30% at client site across the East of England with monthly meetings at head office in Nottingham
