Mental Health Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for support workers for a NHS CAMHS service based in Tonbridge Kent. Supporting children and young people with mental health conditions.Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.You will need to be flexible with shifts.Shift patterns are : 08 : 00 - 20 : 3020 : 30 - 08 : 00Job Requirements : Experience working with mental healthDBS on update service (Desirable)Immediate Life Support (ILS) Practical trainingGood communication and teamwork skillsGood at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisionsKey ResponsibilitiesEncourage New skill developmentAttending appointmentsEducating the childrenEnabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasksActivitiesBenefits working for CES Locums and Well-being include : Weekly PayPAYE or Umbrella PayrollLucrative refer a friend scheme
