Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team in the Bo'Ness store. As well as providing a variety of services, this branch also utilises our Medipac robotic distribution technology. This frees up your time to provide the care our patients deserve.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standardsOversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as neededDispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelinesProvide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concernsCollaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient careConduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication managementMaintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventoryProvide immunization services (where applicable)Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare productsActively participate in health promotion and public health initiativesWhat We Require
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Strong commitment to patient care and safetyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyUp-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trendsA flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
