A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a thriving contracting business and manage one of several school refurbishment schemes in East Cornwall starting in the next few weeks.

The projects, are generally all internal refurbishments with some externals / roofing replacements, are due to run until early September and there is already a project pipeline for potential works thereafter.

We are in need of an experienced Small works Site Managers / Supervisors to manage the works, ensuring a timely delivery, whilst maintaining strict H & S standards and a positve client experience.

SMSTS, CSCS card & First aid will be essential as is a proven track record of independently delivering similar schemes. Current DBS helpful though not essential and a Trade background would be advantageous.
