Job Title : Engineering Inventory and Compliance Specialist

The Role :

As an Engineering Inventory and Compliance Specialist , you will be responsible for delivering the group's engineering inventory processes and ensuring compliance with food safety and engineering standards. Working under the guidance of the UK Stores Manager, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver and implement the engineering inventory strategy.
• Support the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) process and provide data for procurement teams.
• Manage digital processes, ensuring secure and efficient handling of confidential information.
• Construct and maintain detailed reports for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory bodies.
• Organise logistics and procurement of component parts for processing and packaging assets.
• Audit and ensure up-to-date engineering documentation.
• Manage responses to reactive maintenance requests, identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the selection and performance review of external suppliers.
