MFL Teacher

Are you an experienced MFL Teacher looking for work in Worcestershire?Winner Education are seeking an MFL Teacher for a secondary school in Redditch, Worcester. This role is due to start in April and will be long term on a full-time basis. You must have previous experience in delivering French and German to KS3 and GCSE levels. Having a QTS is essential.Roles and Responsibilities : Work alongside the Curriculum Lead to ensure the curriculum is up to date and meets the needs of the studentsProvide exam preparation across both German and FrenchAdapt lessons to suit the needs of childrenCreate a stimulating learning environmentSupport KS3 and KS4 pupilsConduct assessments and progress reports for individual pupilsEnsure pupils are meeting set targetsHost parents evening when requiredProduce interactive and engaging lesson plans to deliver to the leanersProvide additional support and booster sessions to pupilsThe successful MFL Teacher must : Support students with the transition of the next stage of their education or trainingHave previous experience working in a secondary schoolHold a QTS or significant experience within teaching French or GermanDemonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculumHave strong resilience and patienceBe a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environmentGood classroom and behaviour managementWhy supply with Winner Education?PAYE payroll as standa...
