About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in an Ofsted-registered residential home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time role with standard hours of 9 AM to 5 PM , including on-call duties. The Deputy Manager will be expected to cover shifts in emergency situations only.
