Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a College, contract catering site in Chichester who are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team working between the hours of 0700-1800 (7 days a day).

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie in this College site, you will need the ability to work in a team with other chefs and catering assistants, following strict hygiene and safety standards. You will monitor the levels of food, organise storage, order new supplies, plan meal patterns, prepare and cook various dishes, and serve meals in a timely manner.

You will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in food preparation and cooking, as well as undergo a Enhanced DBS.
