We’re looking for a social media content marketer who lives and breathes video. If you’re outgoing, curious, and confident in front of the camera, this role is for you. This isn’t your typical behind-the-scenes marketing job — you’ll be the face of our social media content, creating engaging vertical short-form videos that break down complex B2B SaaS and Customer Success concepts into simple, digestible ideas. We need someone who can learn our space quickly, adapt even faster, and isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions to get to the heart of a topic. What you’ll do : You will be the face of the Velaris brand and our go-to creator for transforming our Customer Success insights into compelling video content that dominates LinkedIn and other social media feeds. Your responsibilities will include : Ideating creative and engaging videos to educate, entertain and inspire our audience. Experimenting with content types, hooks, ideas, etc, to optimize our organic social content for marketing objectives Interviewing Customer Success influencers and subject matter experts to surface valuable insights. Editing and publishing multiple high-energy, short-form videos each week. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to turn technical concepts and product updates into visually compelling stories that align with our business objectives. Bringing fresh ideas to our content strategy and ensuring our narrative remains at the cutting edge. Working with the co-founder on ideation and execution plans Who We Are Looking For You’re someone who loves content marketing and thrives on the idea of building a content program at a fast-growing company. You see challenges as opportunities, you’re curious to your core, and you have a knack for turning complex topics into engaging stories. We’re looking for someone who : Understands social media in and out- You know how to create videos that perform well on social and how to optimise different videos for different platforms Is like a sponge — You can quickly absorb information about the Customer Success field and how our product works. Bonus points if you have experience in B2B SaaS. Thrives on challenges — You’re not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to tackle big tasks and learn fast. Communicates clearly and creatively — You can present complex information in a concise, engaging, and creative way. Excels at interviewing others — You know how to dig deep, ask insightful questions, and uncover valuable insights from subject matter experts. Understands the art of content creation — You know how to structure a video, craft an irresistible hook, and drive engagement while keeping everything aligned with our brand. Connects the dots — You see how content serves a broader purpose, supporting both our audience’s needs and our business goals.
