Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing and Sales professional at Redhill Farm Estate Ltd. The role is located in Wateringbury with the flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing and Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the wine or agricultural industry is a plus, ideally with events and commercial wine sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
