You will :

• Deliver One-to-One Therapy : Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to help them overcome emotional and psychological challenges.
• Lead Psychological Assessments : Perform in-depth psychological assessments and create tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Facilitate Group Therapy : Use evidence-based practices to run group therapy sessions addressing collective emotional and psychological needs.
• Work with Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT) : Collaborate with a dedicated MDT, contributing to holistic care plans, case reviews, and care planning.
• Contribute to Service Development : Take an active role in shaping the future of the service, introducing innovative therapies and improving service delivery.
• Support and Mentor : Provide reflective practice spaces, training, and development for other professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.What We’re Looking For : Qualifications & Experience :
• HCPC-registered Psychologist with membership in a recognised professional association.
• Proven experience in providing one-to-one therapy for clients with complex mental health conditions.
• Expertise in conducting psychological assessments, developing formulations, and delivering psychometric evaluations.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy and leading therapeutic interventions.
