How you’ll make an impact As a Partner Success Account Manager you will be working with our Partners who have a majority of their clients on Xero. You would be responsible for accelerating the growth of Xero Partners by increasing revenue from existing customers. More specifically, the Partner Success Account Manager role will enable sustainable growth, retention, support and development of some of our most established Xero Partners. This will include challenging the thinking of Xero Partners while helping them understand the value of the Xero Ecosystem and how to successfully embed and use the Xero Practice Tools, where applicable. You will be responsible for facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance. You'll be a key point of contact for your partners, acting as their advocate within Xero. You'll collaborate closely with our product and go-to-market teams to ensure partner feedback is shared and considered and that we are providing the resources necessary for our partners to succeed. This includes sharing partner insights, contributing to product development discussions, and ensuring partners are aware of relevant updates and resources.
