Hours of Work : Monday to Thursday : 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm

Our operation based in Bulwell has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager where you will support the site with maintaining high standards of working across all functions. You will be joining a fantastic team who will guide you when needed, work closely with you on driving continuous improvement activities & support your continued learning & development.
Responsibilities
- Planning of complete project management of EFACS at Bulwell
- Working across all functions to ensure best delivery times
- Issuing guidance and tasks to all super users
- Identifying immediate implementation issues, highlighting appropriately and support in finding solutions
- Business process improvement where necessary gains can be achieved via ERP
- Manage data cleansing and user testing for final acceptance
- Produce weekly status reports on progress of implementation
- Work closely with Engineering and operations to ensure successful integration into the business
- Work closely with Goods Receiving and stores, maintaining MRP system accuracy, and ensuring successful WMS implementation
- Support adequate non-conformance management controls
- Co-ordinates with teams from various departments within the business, including Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Production, without direct personnel responsibility
- Acts as hub for assigned projects and communicates effectively with both internal stakeholders and to external clients, when required
- Produce EDI testing templates and reporting
- Ensure SFDC meets KPI requirements
- Project manage Emax ERP implementation on other sites
- PM Mak3r.AI ERP implementations at other sites
- Ensure ValueChain system integration is consistent with all sites
