We have a fantastic opportunity to join our People Team as an E-Learning Manager , for a 6 month maternity leave FTC , overseeing our learning management system (LMS); managing a team of 2 systems administrators / specialists; and designing creative and engaging e-learning content for a variety of internal customers.

As the E-Learning Manager, you will act as an internal advisor, liaising with departments to determine training needs, priorities and offering guidance and support on e-learning content, as well as creating engaging materials using a variety of media such as video, webinar and web-based products to support the delivery of our people strategy.

You will also be sourcing appropriate off-the-shelf e-learning resources and supporting the growth in our international clubs ensuring they have appropriate e-learning materials in their own language as well as effectively communicating our offer and products to the wider business.

And what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

  • Experience of designing and creating engaging e-learning materials preferably with the use of RISE, Storyboard, and Articulate software.
  • Experience in creating and editing video content and using video editing software.
  • Experience or knowledge in designing or sourcing e-learning content in an international market.
  • An appropriate / relevant training qualification.
  • Experience managing a LMS.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment with a passion to serve.
  • Self-motivation, great collaboration and team player skills.
  • Great planning and organisation skills.
  • Location is flexible, with occasional travel for meetings
