Disease Litigation Handler - Excellent Top 50 law firm - Liverpool

3+ years' PQE

An exceptional opportunity for a Disease Litigation Handler to join a highly respected Top 50 firm with a national presence.

Role Overview :

  • Assisting the Partners, Principal Associates and Associates with their complex and high value caseloads.
  • Drafting legal documents, conducting research, and attending client meetings, conferences, and court appearances.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with high-value claims.
  • Engaging in business development and ensuring compliance with targets and policies.

About You :

  • 3+ years' PQE in industrial disease or personal injury.
  • Strong litigation and caseload management experience.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work to deadlines / targets.
