Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Inverclyde are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1 : 1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

The service Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde Housing Support is designed to meet the requirements of people with complex needs arising from their mental health issues and / or substance misuse. The aim of the service is to promote a safe and secure lifestyle for service users while maximising their capacity for independence and reintegration into the local community.

The support we provide is tailored to suit the needs of each individual. The service operates 24 / 7 and gives support to individuals in their own tenancies within a secure building, controlled and operated by support staff. The service also provides outreach supports to a number of individuals within the Inverclyde area.

Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde services are operational throughout the full year with shifts including days, nights, sleepovers, waking nights, weekends and public holidays.

As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.

Please note that IT skills are required for all our vacancies.

Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
