Key responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator :
- Product Marketing Campaigns - Design, consultation, collateral creation, launch, administration, management and review / feedback
- Social Media – planning, management, creating content, posting / monitoring, explore promoted posts
- Produce new images / videos for marketing purposes
- Proof reading material for marketing
- Organisation and Management of the Marketing folders.
- Marketing liaison with the factory as required.
- Creation of Newsletter and sending regular mailshots
- Managing the UK website, keeping up to date
- Planning and organising yearly exhibitions, including design examples
- Work closely with the sales team.
- All ad-hoc marketing tasks
Requirements of a Marketing Coordinator :
Good CommunicationGood Time Management and being able to balance requirements by prioritising and delegating etc.An upbeat, enthusiastic, can-do attitude willing to get involved in all areas of the marketing. communications and internal engagement mix MS Office competentUnderstanding social media tools and practical use – account managementProven ability to handle multiple workstreamsAssist with the implementation and development of the Marketing strategy.Ability to edit videos and photographs.Hours
Flexible hours considered but ideally 9am to 5pmOffice Based (although a hybrid role is available – maximum 2 days at home per week)Benefits
