The company supply everything from individual components to complete tooling packages to suit the customers individual requirements.Duties - Manual Turner / Centre Lathe

• Setting and Operating Manual lathes in order to produce components.
• Inspecting own work to ensure quality is met (Vernier, calliper, depth gauge, micrometre).
• Maintaining ISO9001 Quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Requirements - Manual Turner / Centre Lathe
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Toolmaker / Manual Turner for a minimum of 4 years
• Previous experience Setting and Operating Manual lathes in order to produce components
• Experience working to tight quality standards
• Duties would include facing to length, top turning, internal boring and finish turning.
• Materials are stainless steel, Inconel, Titanium and carbon steels.Working Hours - Manual Turner / Centre LatheMonday - Thursday - 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pmFridays - Early Finish37 HoursSalary - Manual Turner / Centre Lathe£17.00 - £18.00 per hour, dependent on skill level and previous experience28 days holiday including bank holidaysPensionOvertime available during busy periods
