Construction Senior Planner – DevonRGB Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Construction Senior Planner to join a tier one principal contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program of works projects at tender, PCSA and delivery stages of projects that can range from £5m to upwards of past £50m.This position will include the following responsibilities : Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of workProduction & monitoring of tender event schedule / procurement scheduleProducing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power & water requirements, temporary work schedulesDeveloping information for tender settlements including benchmarkingLiaising with sub-contractorsAttending regular site visitsIndependently assess progress against programmes and report findingsAssist with the PM report and populate the planning and controls sectionsDevelop the programme and associated documents in line with the form of contractRequirements : Use of Asta Power ProjectAble to use Bluebeam (or similar) for take off's, logistic plans etcYou have strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and how this affects planningIf you are an experienced Construction Planner, previously worked on large value commercial schemes, have HNC or Construction related Qualification and hold a relevant driving licence and would like to discuss this vacancy, please do...
