The Analyst Role

Your journey within our company will start as an Analyst, our entry-level recruitment and sales role. As an Analyst you’ll be tasked with recruiting and building relationships with highly-skilled legal professionals that have experience with the most cutting-edge technologies. As you grow your network of potential candidates, you’ll effectively be growing your status as a subject matter expert within the industry.

Sales & Recruitment Responsibilities :

  • Utilizing sourcing tools and methodologies to identify potential candidates for highly specialized roles
  • Conduct phone and video interviews with prospective candidates to understand their needs and motivations, and to qualify and sell candidates on specific job openings. This includes negotiating pay rates.
  • Coordinate job interviews for prospective candidates with our clients, the STEM companies looking for specialized talent
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through relationship building and networking
  • Complete onboarding of hired candidates (paperwork, compliance, etc.)
  • Execute business development best practices (including cold-calling) to identify new potential clients

Requirements :

  • A proven record of academic, athletic, and / or professional success
  • Must be within a commutable distance to London
  • Must be ambitious, competitive, and motivated
  • Must be resilient – someone doesn’t back down from a challenge and can persevere through obstacles
  • Must be a confident communicator and have good problem-solving skills
  • Must be entrepreneurial – a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace, target-driven environment
