• Working to company safety guidelines
• Setting / Operating / Maintaining volume production machines of which produce high quality components (The role is 80% operating / production and 20% maintenance)
• Ensuring the quality of production using statistical process control and following written standard operating procedures and risk assessments are carried out
• Achieving set volume production targets
• Maintaining the machines in line with preventative maintenance schedules
