CNC Turner

Due to a large increase in workload, we are currently recruiting a number of CNC Turners to join our prestigious client near Oldham on a permanent basis.The business are highly regarded as leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of equipment to a variety of industries including Nuclear, Oil and Gas and Power Generation.Successful candidates will be time-served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings, specifications and required quality standards.Candidates will be required to Programme, Set and Operate a number of different CNC Lathes using Fanuc OR Heidenhain controls to produce components from a range of materials including 316 Stainless, Mild Steel, Brass and other exotics.Candidates with experience using Mazatrol or Siemens controls would also be considered.3 shift rotation - 6AM-2PM / 2PM - 10PM / 10PM - 6AM35% Shift premium applied.Job Description : Programme / Edit, set and Operate CNC Lathes using Fanuc / Heidenhain controls machining both fabricated and cast components to fine tolerancesAid where required in the fitting departmentOverhead crane operating experienceCandidate Required SkillsTime-served with demonstrable experience programming, setting and operating CNC Lathes working to very tight tolerances.The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.Experienced Programming, Setting and Operating using Heidenhain / Fanuc or Siemens controlsMust have experience working on a range of materials including 316 Stainless, Inconel, Brass and other exotic materialsThis vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Agency
