Job description

Market 36 Recruitment are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to support our clients continued growth.They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join there recruitment team.Specialising in high-volume hiring, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a structured onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress, trends, and challenges.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed to attract talent and promote employer branding.Key Responsibilities :
