Warehouse Supervisor

Owens Group is a fast developing, multi-site organisation with a large diverse customer base, making this an exciting opportunity. As a result, Owens Group is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team in our Magor Depot.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day -to-day management of our pick / pack operation. Your role is vital in ensuring that operations are conducted effectively and safely. You will be responsible for leading a team of associates through their daily workloads, while also supporting the development of the warehouse operations.

Working Hours : Monday- Friday 07 : 30-17 : 00

Job Description :

• Provide leadership and supervision to the FLT team.
• Ensuring loading and unloading of vehicles is completed.
• Managing inbound deliveries from arrival at site.
• Administration of stock control.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Completion of FLT daily check sheets
• Take ownership of daily and weekly productivity targets and ensure they are met.
• You will be required to work closely with the transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
• Assisting in production of KPI's and daily statistics.
• General warehouse duties.
