Multi Trade Operative

We are looking for a Multi Trade to work in occupied social housing properties in the Banbury / Bicester area. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent with a well-established contractor.

The Multi Trade will be responsible for : Kitchen fittingBathroom fittingGeneral maintenance duties such as basic carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating

The Multi Trade will need : An NVQ level 2 in any trade or at least 5 years experienceExperience working in social housing and domestic propertiesOwn transport and own tools

In return the Multi Trade will receive : £22.50 an hourOptional overtime on Saturdays and SundaysEarly finish on Fridays (3pm)
