Temporary HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a 3-month temporary assignment to support a busy HR team based in Fife. This role is available immediately and offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata).

Key Responsibilities :

• Payroll administration and support
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Generalist HR tasks to support day-to-day operations
• Supporting TUPE-related activities
• Assisting with annual pay and merit awards

What We’re Looking For :

Hours : 35 hours per week, 4 days considered, predominantly office based
